I'm currently doing the mock-up of a new online system for my organization. Part of the work is to get screenshots of webpages to paste onto the use case documents. I used to have an application that could help me grab full shots of a page without having to hit the "print screen" button every so often and stitching up the images using Photoshop or GIMP.
