The Geekette Speaketh

The blog first started out its existence in blogger.com under the name Primitive Types on May 20, 2003.  At first the goal was supposed to be a half-personal, half-geek site.  Some time later, the author and a friend decided to start PinoyWeb.Net.  Since buying the new domain, it seemed proper to revamp the old site.  It was given a new focus and a new name.  Thus, The Geekette Speaketh on PinoyWeb.Net (TGS) was born!

In 2007, the author became quite busy in her work and soon left the site dormant.  At the same time, PinoyWeb.Net was experiencing terrible technical difficulties with their web host.  Plans to move to a new hosting service went into full swing in December 2007.  TGS was once again revived, refocused and redesigned from the ground up.  Finally in January 26, 2008, the site was moved to its own domain ready to talk geek once again!
