Way back in 2006, my friend Sacha Chua decided to rent out adspace on her laptop in time for Bar Camp Earth Toronto. It was a great idea and I decided that this year I'd do the same for iBlog4: the 4th Philippine Blogging Summit.
If you notice below, there's about 12 inches by 8 inches worth of advertising space available for you.
So here's how it goes. Figure out how much space you want to use for your ad. (Example: 4 inches by 3 inches). Create a JPEG file of your ad and send it over to me with the required dimensions at head.geekette [at] thegeekettespeaketh [dot] com. Wait for my confirmation email. If I don't respond within 48 hours, bug me again! Pay for the ad. Sit back and relax! That's it!
Ad space will be rented out at US$1 per square inch and can be paid via PayPal. For those living in the Philippines and have no access to PayPal, it's 40 Pesos per square inch and you can pay through bank deposit/electronic fund transfer. You'll know my account details for the bank and PayPal once I receive your ad. The graphic up there gets updated once you've paid up. No payment, no ad. Simple as that.
Hurry up now! Deadline for advertisement requests is on April 23, 2008!
